We ship using the USPS. All shipping prices include packing, handling and delivery conformation. Insurance is not included. We ship the most efficient and effective way to save you money, but get your items to you as fast as possible. We try our very best to ship within 2 business days after payment is processed (M-F). If you purchase on a weekend or Holiday then the shipment will go out the next business day.

Oak Spring Bling is not responsible for lost or damaged items through USPS. All items are inspected and packaged carefully prior to shipment.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally, but you will need to email us with where the items are being sent so we can quote you a shipping price to your particular Country.

Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase! We encourage you to ask questions so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you wanted.

Because we are a very small business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS on merchandise. We DO NOT accept returns on sale items. Please email us at oakspringbling@verizon.net if you have any questions, etc. We do our best to have ALL happy customers and don't want anyone to be disappointed with their items they purchased from us.

In the case that you need to exchange an item, we ONLY offer merchandise exchange or store credit ONLY. All shipping charges will be at your expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt of it, because we can not accept it back for an exchange or in store credit after 7 days following the confirmed date of delivery. You must also include a copy of the receipt with the merchandise. Please contact us for an authorization prior to returning any item.

In the case that we are at fault, we will assume the shipping fees, the item(s) needs to be returned unused and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached just as you received them. We will be more than happy to exchange them for the correct item or for something else in our inventory.

Products and Inventory:

We try our VERY best to keep the inventory amounts up to date. Please note we also do Road Shows and pull from the same inventory. As we sell items at the show, we try, as fast as possible, to update our inventory on our website. If we are out of the item you are wanting we will email or call you and see if you would like to exchange for something else or would like a refund.
Check the site often to stay up to date on new items that we add , sale items, contest and events we will be set up at.
